“ Great place to stop and have a bite. On the old IC1. Bifanas, sandwiches and other food by weight. Definitely recommend. ”

“ great down to earth roadside diner, warm food acailable ”
“ This has been my regular stop, midway between my base in Olhão and Lisbon, for about twenty years. I sometimes have a sit-down knife & fork meal, but more often than not, quick bifana with a cold drink and an espresso coffee, before getting back on the road. Unless they're exceptionally busy, you'll find a clean table. Food's not bad. Two bifanas (fried pork steak), a breaded pork steak, three cold drinks and an espresso set me back about €18.6. You get to place mustard and hot sauce on the bifanas. I would have taken the photo but we'd already wolfed down the meal as I only given us a fifteen minute break. ”
“ A good place to stop, have a coffee and eat a snack while travelling to/from Lisbon/ Algarve. Good food, very reasonable prices and gentle staff. ”
